These Terms govern your use of giraninja.com and any purchase, sale, or trade you make with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Gira Ninja LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

"We," "us," and "our" mean Gira Ninja LLC. "You" means you, the customer.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be 18 or older to buy, sell, or trade with us, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order or entering a trade, you confirm this is true.

If we learn that a transaction was made by a minor without a guardian's involvement, we may cancel and reverse it. This matters most for trades: we may require confirmation from a parent or guardian before completing a trade with anyone who appears to be under 18.

3. Products and listings

Photographs show the actual item you will receive, unless a listing plainly says otherwise (for example, sealed product sold in identical multiples).
Condition descriptions are our honest opinion, not a professional grade. A card we describe as Near Mint is our assessment of that specific card; it is not a prediction of what PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grader would assign, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a future grade.
Graded items carry the grade assigned by the grading company shown, and the certification number appears in the listing photographs. We report the grade on the label; we do not warrant the grading company's opinion.
Authenticity. Every item is examined for authenticity before it is listed. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, reproduction, proxy, or altered product, and we do not sell reproduction video game cartridges or discs.
Colors vary between screens, and scans of foil, holo, and textured cards never quite match what your eye sees in person.

4. Pricing, availability, and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Inventory is largely one-of-one, so an item may sell through another channel between your order and our packing table.

If an item is unavailable, mispriced, or listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it by shipping, or by confirming acceptance in writing. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, reseller abuse of limited stock, or a shipping address that does not match the payment method.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Washington sales tax is collected where required.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping terms — including our 1 to 5 business day handling window and USPS tracked delivery — are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier. Where an order is lost or damaged in transit, we handle the carrier claim as described in the Shipping Policy.

7. All sales are final

Purchases are final. Our limited exceptions — non-delivery, transit damage, wrong item, and materially not as described — together with the evidence we require and the timeframes that apply, are set out in full in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before you buy.

8. Trades and collection buying

Trades and collection purchases are arranged over Instagram DMs and are governed by our Trade Terms, which form part of these Terms. In short: 18 or older, $20 minimum per side, values from TCGplayer market adjusted for condition, both sides ship tracked, and a completed trade is final.

We are not obliged to make an offer on anything, and an offer is not binding until both sides confirm it in writing in the DM thread.

9. Your conduct

You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, submit false claims or chargebacks, scrape or bulk-harvest listings, interfere with the site's operation, or resell our photographs or descriptions as your own.

10. Intellectual property

The site's design, photographs, and written content are owned by Gira Ninja LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

We are an independent reseller. Pokémon, Pokémon character names, and related marks are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Other product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, including the grading companies whose slabs we sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of them. We sell genuine second-hand and retail product; references to these names are for identification only.

11. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing on this site is investment advice. Trading cards are collectibles, not securities. Values move, sometimes sharply, and we make no representation about the future value, grade, or resale prospects of anything we sell.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim, plus original shipping.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost collecting opportunity, or the cost of replacing an item at a higher market price.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Gira Ninja LLC against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or a false claim or chargeback you submit.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to that venue.

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most problems are a misunderstanding and a two-message fix. Nothing here prevents either of us from bringing a claim in small claims court.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted here at the time of your order governs that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
